Sovay

When an angry Sovay becomes a highwayman so she can hold up her faithless fiancé, she discovers that there is a conspiracy to try her father and brother for treason. Dressed as a highwayman again, she sets off to London to seek justice.

While tracking the highly placed villain who plans her family’s, and the country’s downfall, Sovay uncovers evil experiments at a Gothic mansion. She is whisked off to revolutionary France, falls in love with a soldier and cheats the guillotine by a matter of minutes.

This is an historical adventure, a romantic romp that includes stolen kisses, awakening passions, sexual vices, grotesques and lucky escapes. A fun read for teenage girls.
