Children's Activity Atlas

Publisher: QED Publishing

In this atlas each double-page spread covers one of 13 regions of the world.

Oceans, important cities, rivers, mountains and country borders are marked. Shading indicates the climate, vegetation and wildlife of each region. The presentation is largely pictorial and will attract younger readers.

Each page includes a box with some key facts and another with information about an important aspect of the region, such as a description of the Amazon rainforest, how a volcano works or a diagram of the Channel Tunnel.

There is a Passport with quiz questions for each section of the atlas and grid references to find. Fill in the information on six postcards, and find the right pages to place over 250 stickers.
