Bully

Publisher: Andersen Press

Big Bull tells Little Bull, angrily, to 'Go Away!' Poor Little Bull sadly leaves. Rabbit, Chicken and Tortoise ask him if he'd like to play. Little bull shouts an angry No! And as he does so he grows bigger. Rabbit leaps away in fear. Little bull yells again, 'Chicken!' and at Tortoise 'Slow coach!' Little bull's name-calling now frightens them away too and with each outburst he grows.

Little Bull is soon enormous, but he is taken aback and sad when Goat calls him a bully...

An exceptional combination of simple, bold artwork and spare, but powerful, text in this book for bullies and the bullied.
